RIP and Ship Policy

Rip & Ship is a service offered by Card Nation j.d.o.o. where sealed trading card products are opened live on stream on behalf of the customer.

By purchasing a Rip & Ship product from www.cardnation.hr, you agree to the following terms.

1. Live Opening

All Rip & Ship products are opened live on stream on our official Kick channel:

The opening will take place during one of our scheduled live streams after the order is placed.

2. Consent to Opening

By purchasing a Rip & Ship product the customer explicitly agrees that:

  • the sealed product will be opened on their behalf

  • the opening will happen live on stream

  • the product will no longer be sealed after the opening.

3. No Returns After Opening

Once the product has been opened during the Rip & Ship stream it cannot be returned or refunded.

This is because the product is no longer sealed and the service has been executed.

4. Randomized Results

Trading card products are randomized by the manufacturer.

Card Nation does not guarantee:

  • specific cards

  • pull rates

  • card value.

All results are random.

5. Card Handling and Packaging

After the stream all cards will be:

  • carefully sleeved when necessary

  • packed securely

  • prepared for shipment.

6. Shipping Options

Customers may choose between:

  • immediate shipping

  • combined shipping with future orders.

7. Video Recording

Live streams may be recorded and used as proof of the opening process.

8. Withdrawal Right Waiver

By purchasing Rip & Ship products the customer explicitly agrees that the 14-day withdrawal right is waived once the product is opened during the live stream, in accordance with EU consumer law regarding services executed with customer consent.
