Refund Policy

According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Croatian consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days.

1. Return Period

Customers may return products within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • unused

  • unopened

  • in original packaging

  • in resellable condition.

3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • opened booster packs

  • opened sealed products

  • cards opened during Rip & Ship

  • digital products

  • customized orders.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
